The Spanish Network

In Spain, 40 cities and various organizations such as museums, associations and universities are currently part of the international network of the “Children's City” project; Museum children's councils have been set up in the science museums of Granada, Barcelona and Valencia, a participatory experience that is attracting new members.

The APFRATO Association which promotes the participation of children in schools is also part of the Spanish network.

Within the Spanish Network, local networks have been established, such as that of some Municipalities of the Basque Country, called "Red Vasca Ciudades con la Infancia", the Network of the Comunidad Valenciana, that of the Municipalities of the Province of Pontevedra and a small network with municipalities of Salamanca.

The Spanish national coordination is made up of representatives of the following cities: Huesca, Carbajosa de la Sagrada, Gandia and Picanya.
